Bookings are made through our booking platform, offthecouch.io, which is embedded on our booking pages.

Payment information: processed by our third-party booking and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Communications: messages you send us through our contact form or email. Our contact and event inquiry forms collect your name, email address, a subject line, and your message, and deliver them to us at contact@offthecouchgames.com via our form service at main-api.offthecouchgames.com.
Automatically collected data: cookies, device and browser information, and analytics data gathered through tools such as Google Analytics 4 and embedded content (Google Maps, YouTube, and the offthecouch.io booking widget).

Cookies We Set

We set the following first-party cookies:

otc_consent: remembers your cookie preference (Accept All or Essential Only). Expires after 1 year.
otc_utm_source, otc_utm_medium, otc_utm_campaign: if you arrive from a link that includes campaign tags, these cookies remember where you came from so that a booking can be attributed to that campaign. They expire after 30 days and are passed to the offthecouch.io booking widget when you book.
Google Analytics cookies (for example _ga): set only if you choose Accept All. Used to measure how visitors use the site.

Analytics And Consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, including page views and interactions such as clicking a booking button, submitting an inquiry form, and completing a booking in the embedded widget. Analytics runs in Google Consent Mode: analytics storage stays disabled unless you choose Accept All in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. Declining optional cookies will not prevent you from booking. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of booking with us.

How We Share Information
