Participant Waiver

All participants (or a parent/guardian for minors) must review and sign our Participant Waiver before playing. Your waiver link is sent in your booking confirmation email, and waivers can also be completed in person when you arrive.

About The Waiver

The waiver is completed digitally through our booking platform and asks for your signature and the information required for participation. It also records your photo preferences: we may take photos at the end of an experience, you may decline, and you control whether photos are shared with you or used publicly. The full waiver text is shown to you before you sign.

Minors

Participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Some experiences contain low lighting, theatrical effects, and intense thematic content, and the minimum recommended age is 16 unless accompanied by a participating adult. Please contact us with any questions about age-appropriateness.

Safety First

You are not locked in. You are free to exit at any time; we encourage staying in the experience to preserve immersion and story flow, but your safety and comfort always come first. If you have a medical condition, mobility need, or concern, let us know before you book so we can help.

Complete Your Waiver

You'll receive your waiver link in your booking confirmation email, and you can also fill out the waiver in person when you arrive. If you can't find the email, contact us at contact@offthecouchgames.com or (408) 478-2341 and we'll resend it.
